Traveling from one part of Spain to another is something worth doing. Of course, if this is your plan to begin with, you should have enough vacation days to make it work otherwise you’d never get to see and understand Spain as thoroughly as possible.
One part of Spain is mainly concerned with bullrings, and, of course, bull-fighting. If you’re one of those tourists that hate to see animals, like bulls, being ‘maltreated’, then you really should avoid going to these places.

But if you’re not, and you want to see such a spectacle as bullfighting is, then go forth and discover.
One venue that you should really get to is the Las Ventas, which is a famous bullring in Madrid. Being in the capital, you can sure that getting there is very easy. With the Spanish’s love for bullfighting, you can ask directions from any Spaniard and you’ll get them at first try.

Of course, this poses a problem, with the number of seats available.
With the entire country hell-bent on seeing bullfights with the same fervor that’s only seen during the Sugar Bowl, you really should consider the number of seats available in Las Ventas. There are only 25,000 seats up for grabs, small for your round of NFL, right? But that number is pretty big for a bullring.
Now if you’re really interested in going there as fast as you can, other than walk or ride a taxi, you can try riding the Metro.
In this case, Spain’s version of the Metro, that is. It’s called the Metro de Madrid, which is a subway line that rivals those of Seoul and Beijing’s metros in terms of length. Incidentally, Las Ventas could be reached by the metro on station 2 and 5.
Now for tickets.
There are many ticket-stands in the venue itself, or you can buy the tickets Online if you want. Ticket prices vary depending on the location of the seats, and believe it or not, whether those seats have shading or roofing. Of course, fundamentally the farther you are from the bull, the less amount of price you’ll pay. That’s in terms of money, and not the horns. Stay away from those horns as they can be nasty.
And the last trivia unmentioned are the games schedules.
The bullfights in Las Ventas are began during March and ended on December. During these months, the shows are started at around 6 or 7pm, and they mostly end after 3 hours. With this, you can either have early dinner, or late dinner at one of Madrid’s famous restaurants.
